There's also AG events at bookstores. I've never heard of these events before, but I'll be watching out for them now, they sound like fun! http://www.pleasantcopublications.co...kits/kits.aspx

HI,
Free stuff you can do that is AG related...
I just reserved books at my local library. Hope they are ready soon!
I reserved (all new to us):
Marisol
Nellie's Promise
Kit Mystery
Kaya Mystery
Craft books for Samantha, Addy & Felicity
Books on tape of Felicity, Josefina & Addy
I also threw in two Nancy Drew Notebooks because Jenndon said her dd enjoys them
This was the 1st time I used the online library services. I know, I know I'm still living in ancient times and actually go to the library & browse the shelves for books. It was too much fun & so easy. I esp. love the FREE part.
Anywho, just a thought to pass along to you all.

I just found some of the old cookbooks and craftbooks at my local library. I also found Kit's Friendship Fun book. I want to type up some of the recipes from these books and make my own AG cookbook and it won't cost me a thing.

Let me know how your daughter enjoys the Nancy Drew Notebooks. They are currently Amanda's favorite, I think!
Has she read any of the AG Mysteries yet? Amanda hasn't, but let me know how your dd likes them.
I also love using the online library catalogs--either to reserve and pick up or just write down the location of the books I want (and see if they are in stock). It is very helpful for me, who has a toddler, who might not be cooperative about a long browsing trip!
